It was great to have a professional coaching experience. The group coaching was a good start to this journey as I was able to glean from my group mate’s conversations, challenges and experiences.  Reflecting on our coaching conversations enabled me to quickly implement tools such as reflective listening, supporting others’ voices and managing up and down effectively.  I look forward to individual strengths-based coaching with Jennifer, which I believe will make me a stronger leader, physician, partner, parent and individual.
