Led by Jennifer Swanson — Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and Equine Facilitated Learning Practitioner — this workshop brings together group activities and rare, hands-on lessons with horses. Alongside a small circle of fellow superheroes, you’ll uncover what makes you distinctly powerful and walk away knowing exactly how to use it.

Investment: $249 per person includes the CliftonStrengths assessment, all workshop activities, and lunch. Limited to 8 participants.

Before you arrive: Complete the CliftonStrengths online assessment prior to the workshop (approximately 30 minutes).

What to expect: This is not a riding experience — horses are facilitators and all interaction is on the ground. This rain or shine event is held in The Hay Loft (retreat space), the barn, and the covered outdoor arena at Laughing Stock Farm, a private facility in Durham, NC.

Physical requirements: Ability to navigate a flight of stairs and up to a mile of uneven outdoor terrain. Closed-toe shoes required. Layered clothing recommended.
