Before becoming a coach, Jennifer spent over two decades as a physician and healthcare executive, leading clinical teams and complex organizations. Along the way, she noticed something important: traditional leadership development often focuses on knowledge, but real growth comes from reflection, experimentation, and practicing new ways of showing up.

Today, Jennifer helps clients turn insight into action. She is an ICF-certified coach (ACC), a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach, and is trained in Equine-Facilitated Learning through The Herd Institute. Her work blends practical leadership development with deeper personal exploration—supporting clients in communication, storytelling, strategic thinking, team leadership, and navigating difficult conversations. While she works with clients across industries, her work especially resonates with people who feel a pull toward something more—greater authenticity, stronger alignment, and a clearer direction.
