10/24/2026 – The Art and Heart of Animal Communication
An Exact Change Collaborative Event: Hosted by Pocket Your Change
Spend a day slowing down, quieting the noise, and learning to listen to animals in a new way. In this small-group workshop, you’ll explore the foundations of intuitive animal communication: how to settle your mind, open your awareness, and notice the subtle impressions animals share with us all the time. Through guided practice, partner exercises, and time with the animals at Laughing Stock Farm, you’ll build confidence in what you sense and learn to trust it.
Whether you’re simply curious, a lifelong animal lover, or someone who already has a sense of just knowing what an animal is feeling, this day offers a welcoming, grounded space to explore. No prior experience is needed.
This workshop is led by Diane Jackson, an animal communicator and energetic healing facilitator. She’s joined by co-facilitator Jennifer Swanson, Equine Facilitated Learning Practitioner and host at Laughing Stock Farm. Together, they blend teaching, practice, and the opportunity to experience a real-time connection with animals. Alongside a small circle of fellow animal lovers, you’ll discover what’s possible when you listen with both your head and your heart.
In this workshop, you’ll:
- Learn the essentials of animal communication, including the role of curiosity, imagination, and integrity.
- Practice receiving intuitive information through all your senses and discover which come most naturally to you.
- Recognize how your own filters and beliefs can shape what you receive.
- Learn techniques to check in on an animal’s physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.
- Leave with next steps for continuing your own practice.

Jennifer Swanson, MD, ACC is the owner of Laughing Stock Farm, the home she shares with her animal family and our setting for the day. Fascinated since childhood by the ways people and animals communicate without words, she carried that curiosity through more than three decades in medicine and healthcare leadership, a career that also sparked her interest in forms of healing outside traditional medicine. She completed the three-year program of the Foundation for Shamanic Studies and has explored Reiki and animal communication. An ICF-credentialed coach, Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, and Equine-Facilitated Learning practitioner, Jennifer brings a coach’s eye to the day, helping participants put what they learn into practice.
