06/13/2026 – Gallop Toward Greatness: Discover the Superhero Within

Spend a day stepping out of the noise and into a focused, small-group experience designed to help you discover your natural strengths and learn how to use them in real, tangible ways. Through guided exercises, conversation, and reflection, you’ll gain insight into how you naturally lead, connect, and make decisions.

A key part of the experience includes a hands-on session with horses—offering a unique, real-time mirror for your patterns and strengths in action.

Led by Jennifer Swanson — Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and Equine Facilitated Learning Practitioner — this experience blends structured learning, group connection, and experiential insight. Alongside a small circle of fellow superheroes, you’ll uncover what makes you distinctly powerful—and leave knowing how to apply it in your life.

Early Bird Pricing is available through May 20, 2026 — after that, the investment is $279 per person.
This experience is intentionally limited to 8 participants to allow for meaningful engagement, reflection, and individualized insight.

Every superhero needs a sidekick. Register with a friend and you’ll both receive a complimentary post-workshop coaching session to help integrate what you’ve learned. (List your friend in the notes/comment section at checkout.)

Before You Arrive
To get the most out of your experience, you’ll complete the CliftonStrengths online assessment in advance (approximately 30 minutes).
Your results will serve as a foundation for the work we do together throughout the day.

What to Expect
This experience blends guided group work, reflection, and hands-on interaction with horses. The equine portion is ground-based—no riding is involved—and offers a unique, real-time way to observe your patterns and strengths in action.
The day is held rain or shine and takes place in The Hay Loft (retreat space), the barn, and the covered outdoor arena at Laughing Stock Farm, a private facility in Durham, NC.

Physical Considerations
The day includes time both indoors and outdoors, with light movement between spaces. Participants should be comfortable navigating a flight of stairs and walking up to a mile over uneven terrain.
Closed-toe shoes are required, and layered clothing is recommended to stay comfortable throughout the day.

Because this experience is intentionally small, we ask that you review our cancellation and refund policy prior to registering:  Cancel/Refund Policy
